From your idea to your door
How it works
Every piece is made to order: you send a sketch, a photo or just an idea, we model it in 3D, print it in resin and finish it as you choose. Digital products (avatars and 3D models) are delivered as files.
1. Order with the options you like
Pick a product and its options, then add notes and reference images if you have them (they are optional). Payment is by card through Stripe or with PayPal. Not sure which product fits your idea? Ask for a free quote.
2. We define every detail with you
After your order we get in touch by email to agree on every detail and send you a preview before making your piece. You can also use the chat on this site or write to mymusicminis@gmail.com.
3. We make it and ship it, or you download it
Physical pieces ship with tracking once you have approved the details. Digital products are delivered as files you download from your order page: we email you as soon as they are ready.

Making times are estimates and depend on the options: a painted or plated finish takes longer than a plain one. Each product page shows the time for the options you choose.
Shipping times
Shipping time is added to the making time. The cost and the estimated delivery date for your country are shown at checkout, before you pay, and the tracking code is emailed when the parcel ships.

Returns and guarantees
Pieces made to your specifications or clearly personalized are not covered by the right of withdrawal, and nor is digital content once delivered. If something arrives damaged or not as agreed, the legal guarantee of conformity applies: write to us and we will make it right. The details are in our terms of sale.

- Do I need to contact you before ordering?
- No: you can order right away. After your order we get in touch by email to define every detail and send a preview before making your piece.
- How do I send my sketches or photos?
- Add them on the product page with “Add images” when ordering, or reply to your order confirmation email with the attachments.
- How long does it take?
- Each product shows its making time; the checkout adds the shipping time to your country and shows the estimated delivery date.
- Can I ask for a size or finish that is not listed?
- Yes: write to us with the details and we will send you a quote.
- How are digital products delivered?
- Avatars and 3D models are delivered as files you download from your order page: we email you as soon as they are ready.
