Personalized chess Designed from your sketches, characters, or theme, this custom chess set features 3D-printed resin pieces with your choice of finish. Create a themed fantasy chess set with custom chess pieces, including hand-painted or gold- and silver-plated options. It’s a distinctive chess lover gift for players and collectors who want a set tailored to their own concept.
How it works
- Choose size and finish, and describe your theme in the personalization notes.
- Send me your sketches or reference images (or email them to me).
- I design all 6 piece types (King, Queen, Bishop, Knight, Rook, Pawn) and send you renders for approval.
- Production starts only once you're happy with every piece.
What you get
A complete set of 32 pieces: 16 per side. Board not included.
Choose your size
(King height)
- Small: about 6 cm / 2.4 in
- Medium: about 8 cm / 3.1 in
- Large: about 10 cm / 3.9 in
Tell me your board's square size and I'll match the pieces to it.
Choose your finish
- Ready to paint: all 32 pieces primed and ready for your own painting.
- Two-tone: the two sides finished in contrasting base colors, ready to play.
- Hand painted: every piece fully painted by hand with fine detail.
- Gold & Silver plated: one side electroplated with a real gold layer, the other with a real silver layer. A true luxury set.
Important about plating
Plated pieces are resin with a metal coating. They are NOT solid gold or solid silver. Handle with dry hands and avoid water, cleaning products and abrasion.
Production time
- Ready to paint / Two-tone: 3–4 weeks
- Hand painted: 6–8 weeks
- Gold & Silver plated: 8–10 weeks
Plus 1–2 weeks for design and approval. Shipping time is added.
Good to know
- Designs must be original or provided by you. I can't reproduce characters from films, games or other brands.
- Every set is made to order and unique. Small variations from the renders are part of the handmade process.
- Custom items can't be returned, but if anything arrives damaged, contact me and I'll make it right. This does not affect your statutory rights for defective items.

The figure that I received was AMAZING. It was exactly what I had ordered, and it was perfect for my D&D game with friends. Had an issue with shipping, but Davide handled the issue well and was amazing with responding to questions. Highly recommend.
