How it works
- Place your order and send us your photos by email.
- We sculpt your figure digitally and send you a preview image.
- You can request up to 2 rounds of small changes (hair, outfit, pose, expression).
- Once you approve, we print, finish and ship your figure.
What to send
- 1 clear front photo of the face (good light, no sunglasses)
- 1 side photo if possible
- 1 full-body photo or a description of the outfit
- Any details you want: accessories, pets, objects, pose, text on the base
The clearer the photos, the better the likeness!
Timing
- Digital preview: 3–5 business days after receiving photos
- Production after approval: 5–7 business days

Good to know
- Each figure is a stylized caricature, not a realistic portrait.
- Hand painted pieces may show small variations – that's what makes them unique.
- Resin figures are collectibles, not toys. Not suitable for children under 14.
- Because every piece is made to order, we cannot accept returns, but we'll make sure you love the preview before we print.
- We do not create figures of copyrighted characters or brands. Original designs and real people only.

The figure that I received was AMAZING. It was exactly what I had ordered, and it was perfect for my D&D game with friends. Had an issue with shipping, but Davide handled the issue well and was amazing with responding to questions. Highly recommend.

My figure looks amazing and just how I wanted! The shipping did take long but that was not the sellers fault. There were some issues with customs that we were able to resolve and the seller was extremely communicative throughout the process.
