What data we process

The name, email, phone number and shipping address you enter at checkout, the contents of your order including any personalization notes, and the reference images you upload on a product page or send us by email. Your account (created with your order email, or when you sign in): your email, a password only if you choose one (stored only in encrypted form), profile details, profile picture and default address. If you sign in with Google or Facebook, we receive from them only your name, email and profile picture. If you use the chat: the messages you write and, if you leave it, your email address.

Why we process it

To perform the sales contract (making, shipping and supporting your order) and to meet our tax and accounting obligations. We do not use your data for marketing without your consent.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. and PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., who act as independent controllers for payment data. This website never receives or stores your card details.

Service providers

We use providers that process data on our behalf: Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (accounts, orders and uploaded images, stored in the EU), Resend (sending order and support emails) and Anthropic (the chat assistant that answers questions instantly; chat messages are sent to it only to produce the reply). Uploaded reference images are private and visible only to us.

Cookies and local storage

This website does not use profiling cookies. Your cart, chosen delivery country and chat conversation are saved only in your browser. If you sign in, a technical cookie keeps you logged in. During payment, Stripe and PayPal may use technical cookies needed for the service and for fraud prevention. To know which pages are visited we use Vercel Web Analytics and our own visit counter. Both work without cookies and do not store your IP address: our counter keeps the page, the referring website, the country and the type of device, linked only to a code that changes every day, so a visitor cannot be recognized from one day to the next.

Retention and your rights

We keep order data for as long as required by law (10 years for tax records). You can ask at any time to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data by emailing mymusicminis@gmail.com, and you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
