Terms of sale, shipping and returns

1. Terms and conditions of service

Placing an order implies full acceptance of these General Terms of Sale. The service consists of 3D modeling and/or on-demand printing of objects based on digital files. The customer is responsible for the quality and legitimacy of the files or designs provided and agrees to hold the seller harmless from any third-party claims relating to the intellectual property of the design. The final technical characteristics of the product are subject to the tolerances of the additive manufacturing process.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in euro. Payment is taken when the order is placed, by card through Stripe or with PayPal. Payment details are handled directly by Stripe and PayPal and are never stored on this website.

3. Shipping

Timing: production times stated on each product are estimates; shipping time is added.
Tracking: the tracking code is sent by email when the parcel ships.
Costs: shipping costs (the same as in our Etsy shop) are shown at checkout before payment, with the estimated delivery date.
Delivery: please check that the parcel is intact on delivery.

4. Returns and refunds

Right of withdrawal: returns for a change of mind are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is intact, unused and returned in its original packaging.
Exclusions: the right of withdrawal does not apply to items made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized (Art. 59(1)(c) of the Italian Consumer Code, implementing Art. 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU), nor to digital content once delivered.
Refunds: refunds are issued after the return has been received and checked, using the same payment method as the order.
Damaged or defective items: the legal guarantee of conformity applies. If your item arrives damaged, email mymusicminis@gmail.com and we will make it right.

5. STL files

You may print the model for yourself and sell the physical prints you make. You may not share, sell or give away the STL files, or edited versions of them.
