Do I need to contact you before ordering?

No: you can order right away. After your order we get in touch by email to define every detail and send a preview before making your piece.

How do I send my sketches or photos?

Add them on the product page with “Add images” when ordering, or reply to your order confirmation email with the attachments.

How long does it take?

Each product shows its making time; the checkout adds the shipping time to your country and shows the estimated delivery date.

Can I ask for a size or finish that is not listed?

Yes: write to us with the details and we will send you a quote.

How are digital products delivered?

Avatars and 3D models are delivered as files you download from your order page: we email you as soon as they are ready.
